Terms and Conditions
By booking a training course, support service, consultation, or any other service with Beyond Support and Training, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment must be made in accordance with the invoice or booking confirmation provided.
- Beyond Support and Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services where necessary. In such circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session, course, or service may be eligible for a refund or transfer at the discretion of Beyond Support and Training.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement time of the service, course, or training.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
- Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the booking may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must provide accurate information during the booking process.
- Participants are responsible for attending training or services at the agreed time and location.
- Any medical conditions, accessibility requirements, or special needs that may affect participation should be disclosed prior to attendance.
Certification and Competency
- Certificates will only be issued where participants successfully meet the assessment and competency requirements of the relevant course.
- Beyond Support and Training cannot guarantee the successful completion of any course.
Limitation of Liability
- Beyond Support and Training will take all reasonable steps to provide services safely and professionally.
- To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Support and Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our services.
Privacy
- Personal information collected by Beyond Support and Training will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and used only for the purpose of delivering services, maintaining records, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Amendments
- Beyond Support and Training reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
