Kids Fire & Emergency Safety Course
Welcome to the Kids Fire & Emergency Safety Course! This essential program teaches children the vital skills they need to stay safe during fire emergencies and other unforeseen situations. Through interactive lessons and engaging activities, kids will learn about fire safety, how to respond in emergencies, and the importance of following safety protocols. Our trained instructors use age-appropriate methods to ensure that participants not only understand the risks associated with fire but also gain confidence in their ability to handle emergencies effectively.
Kids will learn:
✔ How to respond if there is a fire
✔ Fire safety awareness
✔ The Stop, Drop, Cover and Roll method
✔ How to recognise different types of fires
✔ How and when to use a fire extinguisher
✔ How to use a fire blanket
✔ What a smoke alarm sounds like and how to respond
✔ What to do and who to call in an emergency
This course will be run by our local trainer and firefighter David, bringing real-world experience to help kids learn how to stay calm and act safely in an emergency.
