Terms and Conditions, First Aid Course Bookings

Beyond Support and Training

1. Booking and Payment

  • All course bookings must be made in advance via email, phone, or online booking system.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Group or corporate bookings may require a deposit to secure the session date.

2. Participant Requirements

  • Participants must arrive on time and be fit to participate in both theory and practical components of the training.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or learning needs prior to the course.
  • Valid identification may be required for certification purposes.

3. Course Delivery

  • All courses are delivered in line with nationally recognised training standards where applicable.
  • Beyond Support and Training reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unfit, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled course start time.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the course start time are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Beyond Support and Training.
  • If Beyond Support and Training cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

5. Non-Attendance (No-Show)

  • Failure to attend a booked course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.

6. Transfers and Substitutions

  • Participants may transfer their booking to another person with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Requests to transfer to another course date may be accommodated depending on availability.

7. Certification

  • Certificates will only be issued to participants who successfully complete all required course components.
  • Certificate processing times may vary.

8. Liability

  • While all reasonable care is taken during training, Beyond Support and Training is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the course, except where required by law.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking is used solely for course administration and certification purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Beyond Support and Training reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will apply to all bookings.
