Basic Human Anatomy & Physiology
Core body systems with practical links to medical conditions, medications, and treatments
(e.g. cardiovascular system, angina, blood pressure, and common cardiac medications).

Vital Signs & Patient Observations
Measuring and interpreting blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, and oxygen saturation.

Infection Control & Safety Fundamentals
Standard precautions, hygiene practices, PPE use, and maintaining safety in healthcare environments.

Communication in Healthcare Settings
Professional communication, patient interaction, clinical handovers, and teamwork basics.

Foundations of Health Science Thinking
Developing observation skills, basic clinical reasoning, and understanding how healthcare decisions are made.
